On November 21, during Gigacon, we will describe a paperless university. An ambitious topic? Perhaps, but we are not afraid of challenges.
We’ll start with financial controlling. If you don’t know how task-based budgeting and data warehousing can affect university management, it’s high time that you change that.
We wouldn’t be ourselves if during the presentation we didn’t mention about financial documents workflow (such as invoices or contracts). In this regard, e-office is also an important topic, which is a way to more easily access other types of documents – letters or resolutions.
Finally, we will talk about what is meant by the term “digitization of didactic processes” and what benefit students get from e-files or digitized internships.
The presentation will be led by Marcin Kowalski, Chancellor of the Cracow School of Economics and Computer Science. It is possible that representatives of other universities will also appear 😉.
When? 21.11.2024 (Thursday)
At what time? 12:05 noon CET
Where? ONLINE
Free admission, sign up!
You are cordially invited!
Here the full agenda of the presentation:
- How to make financial controlling effective? (Performance budget and data warehouse)
- The key role of financial document workflow (invoices, contracts, demands)
- E-office is a must (letters, resolutions, powers of attorney)
- Why do we (and students) need digitization of teaching processes? (e-documents, internships, theses)
He feels best creating, that’s why he is in charge of creative marketing at the company. He writes a lot – mostly popular science articles for Holistic.news but other times fantasy "drawer novels". He also designs tabletop games and likes to treat it as a "break from digitization".
