Contextual search in Navigator works on the principle of Google – when searching, the context and variation of inflectional endings are taken into account.
Each company in the group will be able to configure the NAVIGATOR system, taking into account individual needs. Key directories, including contractors, assortment, dictionaries and documents are isolated for each legal entity.
By default, 3 languages are supported: Polish, English and German. It is possible to add more. Each new form, procedure, list has the ability to enter translations.
The system has built-in support for multiple currencies. Currency exchange rates are automatically downloaded from the National Bank of Poland.

You can edit files using any application without downloading them from the system. You can browse and search file repositories using File Explorer as a network drive.
You define permissions at the document or document category level. You can assign them by organizational structure, user groups. The system also assigns permissions dynamically to people responsible for individual workflow steps.
