What’s new in NAVIGATOR | version 7.0

Category: News

What would a system be without updates? Surely after some time it would no longer meet the needs of users. Therefore, we present what has been improved and what has been added in Navigator.

Table of Contents

New features

  • First of all, it is now possible to propagate changes in a process to existing workflows (previously, a change in a procedure would start working only on new documents).
  • If historical recommendations were not enough for you so far, we have added recommendations based on the AI model. The system learns based on documents already issued for a given contractor.
  • We have expanded the form for creating forms. There is a new presumption, which shows the dependencies of the selected element (e.g., where it is used).
  • If you stop using a process, from now on, instead of deleting it, you can archive it. This is so much simpler, because you can look in the archive all the time and restore the old process.

Improvements

  • You can choose to have schedule notifications appear only on weekdays (that is, excluding holidays).
  • The subject of the email sent from the workflow procedure can be changed from now on.
  • New option for displaying user names. Next to the existing “First and Last Name” and “Last Name and First Name” came “First and Last Name (Login)”.
  • When adding an ad-hoc step, a standard email will be sent to inform about the pending task.

You can find more information about the updates (current and past) in our technical documentation. You can also find screenshots of the system there.
