Navigator has received another update, and we can’t wait to tell you about it. What specifically have we improved, and what is new in Navigator? Read on!
News:
The update is sure to delight supporters of cloud solutions. From now on, integration with cloud-based electronic signature (DocuSign) is possible in Navigator.
An action has also been added that allows documents to be transferred via Microsoft365. The person opening the file will be able to make corrections and edit the document.
Since version 7.1 it is also possible to add any number of addresses to a contractor.
We have made changes to the decratification control. Invoice amounts can be broken down into several elements, for example, divided among departments in the company.
Improvements:
We noticed that the permission options lacked permission management for elements of the organizational structure (departments, divisions or positions). We have added just such an option.
Setting up replacements is now easier. It can be done in bulk for pending activities.
Between documents, you can now also copy data that are in attachments.
We have expanded the archive. It is possible to move not only documents or tasks to it, but also elements of the organizational structure (such as inactive positions).
And finally – we have made it easier to manage mailboxes. Since version 7.1, you can assign a mailbox to a specific company in a multi-company model.
