In the first part of the webinar, we will show you how the electronic archive and document workflow section in the NAVIGATOR system:
- an overview of the standard document archive (invoices, orders, contracts, letters, etc.),
- sample document workflow (e.g. invoice),
- electronic signature,
- group work: comments, mentions, chat,
- tools for work automation: OCR, data conversion into a form, document classification.
In the second part, we will discuss project and task management using forums and chat.
