NAVIGATOR is a mature system and errors mostly occur during the early implementation process and are related to dedicated functionalities for a given production environment.  Errors as well as entire conversation related with handling is being done through the S.Z.O.P. system with the use of a regular user account. The software errors are being removed as a part of basic author care.
