Main NAVIGATOR features implemented in the WAM Hotel Group are:
- Data warehouse powered by 2 systems: Enova and Plaza (including 20 independent systems).
- Delegation workflow.
- Department and unit delegation.
- Employee communication platform – Intranet.
- Number of users: approx. 50.
Additional consulting under the project:
- Development of a comprehensive controlling concept (budgeting system, accounting record system, management information exchange system, responsibility center evaluation system)
