Archman As The Main Sponsor of SUMMIT EOIF GigaCon 2021 | News Archman

On August 4-5, we will see you at the biggest electronic document workflow and business process automation conference in Poland. We are proud to be the main sponsor of this year’s SUMMIT EOIF.

– We approached the selection of the speech topics in a way so that they meet several criteria. First of all, we wanted to focus on this year’s technological trends in process automation. At the same time, the usefulness of our presentations was of great importance to us, especially in the new market conditions. And finally, the practical part couldn’t be missed out. We have prepared specific instructions on how to apply trends into the selection and implementation of appropriate tools for electronic document workflow from medium-sized companies to the largest players on the market, – explains Mateusz Illg, a sales leader in Poland and coordinator of SUMMIT EOIF GigaCon 2021 participation on behalf of Archman.

Marcin Kowalski will open the first conference day and discuss hyperautomation. On the second day, Mateusz Illg will continue the topic of business process automation, but in the context of the anywhere operations model. Below we present more details about the speeches and the profiles of our experts

Marcin Kowalski. Hyperautomation hype. Where is it coming from?

We, people in the IT industry, love trends. We also love to question them when they generate too much informational noise. Hyperautomation is one of them – some say it is a cock-and-bull story, others (including us) argue that it is already happening.

By definition, hyperautomation involves the use of all available technology to automate everything that can be automated. Therefore, it is extremely important to choose the right tools: they must be easy to use, scalable and open to data exchange with other systems. We do not necessarily have to invest in several solutions. There are platforms on the market, like NAVIGATOR, that combine all these features.

Mateusz Illg. Anywhere operations at NAVIGATOR. Implementation stages

Over the last several months, remote work has evolved from an unpopular model to an absolute necessity for business survival during the pandemic and later to a tactic that is a part of the anywhere operations strategy.

Analysts of the Gartner Institute predict that by 2023, 40% of companies will switch to the anywhere operations work model. The boundaries between real and virtual workspaces are already becoming blurred. Where are we heading when becoming independent from the physical headquarters of the company? What will the office of the future look like? Can we start “building” it now?
We will answer these questions and talk about the anywhere operations model implementation stages using  NAVIGATOR.

Participation in the event is free, subject to prior registration on the organizer’s website.
